Mission & Vision
Our mission is to empower the people of Vijer, Dolpo by providing quality education, healthcare, and community development projects. We believe fostering positive change through sustainable solutions to minimize illiteracy in remote isolated harsh Trans Himalayan region.
Our Objectives

Education is the cornerstone of progress, and ROV is actively involved in establishing and supporting schools in Vijer, Dolpo. We believe in creating an environment where children can access quality education, empowering them to break the cycle of poverty and contribute to the development of their community.

Ensuring the well-being of the community is a top priority for ROV. We work towards establishing and maintaining healthcare facilities in Dolpo, providing access to essential medical services. Our goal is to improve the overall health and quality of life for the residents of this region.

ROV believes in the strength of community bonds. We initiate and support projects that enhance the infrastructure and livelihoods of the people in Dolpo.
